Was a large cemetery at one time but is in bad shape, with broken stones and

In a field to the left of the new Graves County School. Nothing left but a
brick mausoleum with no names on it. This was known as Carman Grove and at one

CHANEY
Located one/half mile north of Wingo, Ky. on highway 45. The Highway
Department has put up a concrete bank and a cemetery sign "Chaney Cemetery". In
1981 there was no markers standing. Lois Walkins, a long time resident of the
Wingo community, said she thought that Della Copeland married a Chaney and they
are buried there.

the State Line Road until blacktop ends. At the foot of the hill, a little road
